All my lampwork beads are 100% glass, handmade by me, using art glasses from all around the world. The designs are not painted. Each unique bead is made in a torch flame and embellished by layering, blending and manipulating hot glass while molten. Upon completion of a bead it is placed in a digitally controlled kiln that is preheated to 950 degrees. My kiln is then programmed to start a process that holds this temperature for a preset time and then slowly reduces the temperature to properly anneal the glass. This process insures that my beads are durable and beautiful.
